To start off with always have the following information ready.

• Date of Birth;
• Addresses of both premises
• Home phone number
• Number where you can be reached during the day or voice mail.
• Moving Date

First have your mail redirected to your new address. Go to the nearest Post Office and fill a Change of Address Notification form, at least 2 weeks before moving. Canada Post will redirect your mail for a certain period of time and for a certain charge. For more information, click here.
